In observance of the above Regulation, the following section summarises the methods adopted for handling data by our company, involving the collection, conservation and processing of data in our possession and the relative purposess:
In particular, as concerns the data handling methods, we wish to inform customers that all data are stored in a special database kept under constant control and regularly updated by adequately trained personnel. In completion of the above information, note also that the transfer of personal data is also necessary for use by our company to fulfil contractual and/or legal obligations.

Rights of those concerned
We also inform you that all those concerned may exercise the rights as stated in art. 7 Leg. Decree 196/2003:
As regards the handling of personal data:
1. The person has the right to obtain confirmation regarding the existence (or not) of the personal data regarding his/her person, even if not yet recorded, and their distribution in an intelligible format.
2. Those concerned have the right to obtain indications of:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of handling;
c) the logic applied in the case of handling by means of electronic instruments;
d) the identification data of the owner, those responsible and the assigned representative, in accordance with the article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or relative subject categories who may receive the said personal data or who may be informed of the latter acting as representative in the state territory, assigned or responsible for this purpose.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the update, amendment or, when required, integration of the data;
b) deletion, conversion to anonymous status or block of data handled in breech of the law, including those in which conservation is not necessary according to the purposes for which the data was originally collected or subsequently handled;
c) certification that notification of the operations as stated in letters a) and b) has been sent, also as regards the content, to those who receive the data, with the exception of the case in which fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means obviously out of proportion with respect to the protected rights.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, entirely or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the handling of relative personal data, even if pertinent to the purposes of data collection;
b) to the treatment of relative personal data for the purposes of delivering advertising or direct sales or for reasons of market research or sales information.
To exercise the rights as envisaged in art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 and as summarised above, the user must send a written request to:
